We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of supplement products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The order is lost in transit.
  • There is a manufacturing error.

2. Timeframe for Requests

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a request, please email hello@womenofwonder.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers
  • Items returned without prior authorization

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • If a replacement is requested, it will be shipped at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., customer ordering the wrong product), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable fees.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
